JEFF becomes a member of Leading Swiss Agencies and restructures its management team

JEFF Zurich will join LEADING SWISS AGENCIES as of January 1, 2023. The management team is also being structurally adjusted after more than 10 years of growth and will be newly established with six people. Both the LSA membership and the new leadership team strengthen JEFF's mission to inspire people with creative communication.

Shaping the industry according to LSA values

As of January 1, 2023, JEFF is a new member of LEADING SWISS AGENCIES, the association of Switzerland's leading communication agencies. Michael Meyer, CEO and Managing Partner of JEFF, is very pleased about joining the LSA: "We have shared and lived the values of the LSA since our foundation. After more than 10 years of growth, we want to take on a shaping role in the industry by joining the LSA. Additionally, we want to commit more to the education and training of young professionals and talents."

JEFF has its roots in digital and live marketing. In recent years, the range of services has been consistently expanded to meet the needs of clients as a creative one-stop shop comprehensively. This includes digital and live marketing, among others campaigning, content creation, as well as service & experience design. Long-standing clients include Red Bull, Feldschlösschen, Mercedes-Benz, Migros, Ikea, Swisscom, Roche, and Swiss Life.

Growth leads to structural adjustments in the management team

As of January 1, 2023, the management team will also be restructured to structurally adapt to the changed requirements. Until now, the owner-managed agency with 54 employees was led by the four managing partners Michael Meyer, Linus Eidenbenz, David Barral, and David Shilling. Agency founder Linus Eidenbenz and long-standing managing partner David Barral are no longer part of the newly established leadership team. Both will now fully dedicate themselves to the core business, Eidenbenz comments: "The requirements for our management team have steadily increased due to growth, so that it became increasingly difficult to reconcile the role as a member of the management team and my desire to continue implementing projects myself. The consistent expansion of our partnership and leadership team now allows David Barral and me to hand over our management roles to others and focus even more on consulting and implementing complex, creative projects. We are both very much looking forward to this."
